I've first part of the evening chatting with a friend, then streamed for a bit, found a nice enough config for the Sieren, using the front-back mode instead of the omni or cardioid patterns which exhibit annoying high frequency noise. Audio Yesterday while listening to music at low volume I noticed an annoying mismatch from my monitors, I spent a fair amount of messing about, switching cables, measuring capacitance and resistance in cables with connected and disconnected, the two monitors are exactly the same.. They really seem to perform exactly as they should. The Scarlett 2i4 seems to be to blame, unfortunately, it seems that some crispness and volume is missing on the left channel. :( I've compensated for this by turning a bit down for the right speaker and amplifying the left high-range a bit, but.. It's still somehow muddy, and now that I know it, it's just pissing me off. I don't want much, I don't require perfection, just that which without instrumental measure can not be distinguished from it.
